Your order is accepted—and a binding contract is formed—once we send a Shipping Confirmation email.

In the unlikely event that an item is no longer available, we will notify you and issue a refund for that item.

We aim to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. However, due to screen settings or lighting, there may be slight variations in color or texture.

Please note that certain handmade or vintage items may contain natural imperfections or signs of wear that add to their character.

5. Availability

All orders are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you’ve placed your order, we will inform you promptly and issue a refund for the affected product.

6. Prices & Payment

All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT for orders within the EU.

In case of payment failure or error, the order will not be processed until the issue is resolved. You’ll be notified by email.

7. Product Warranty

All products are covered by the legal warranty period required by Spanish and EU consumer laws. This applies only to manufacturing defects—not wear and tear or misuse.

If you believe a product is faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at hola@loomaroc.com with photos and a description.

loomaroc is not responsible for:
